Today's students aren't just faced with coursework and exams. Outside of class, there are organizations, committees, and even part-time jobs that demand their attention. Without proper management, academic and non-academic activities can clash and cause stress. Therefore, the ability to effectively manage busy schedules is a crucial skill for students.

THE CHALLENGE OF BALANCED TWO WORLDS

Academic and non-academic activities often have equally high demands. Coursework demands punctuality, while non-academic activities require commitment and responsibility. Many students feel caught between the two due to a lack of planning and proper communication with relevant parties.

DETERMINING PRIORITY SCALE

The first step in managing a busy schedule is setting priorities. Students need to understand that academics remain their primary responsibility, while non-academic activities serve as a support for personal development. With a clear sense of priorities, students can manage their energy and time more effectively.

EFFECTIVE TIME MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES
