The Bureau of Academic and Student Administration (BAAK) is the implementing element at the University of Computer Science and Technology which provides academic and student administration services.
Duties of the Academic and Student Administration Bureau
1. Develop technical guidelines and technical guidelines for academic and student administration;
2. Manage the system and strategy of the admissions process;
3. Managing new student admissions activities;
4. Manage student registration administration;
New Student Admissions
1. Develop the concept of operational guidelines and technical guidelines for student admissions;
2. Coordinate the admissions process;
- Disseminate information on student admissions;
- Implementing information services regarding student admissions;
- Carry out registration of student admissions;
- Prepare and implement student admissions;
- Storing student admission data.
3. Coordinate the implementation of student re-registration;
4. Coordinate the implementation of student transfer administration activities;
5. Implement registration services;
6. Record the values to the database.
7. Print Study Plan Cards (KRS) and Study Results Cards (KHS) and Academic Transcripts
8. Recording KRS and KHS data on the Database
9. Sending list of active students.
10. Print attendance lists, grades lists, and active student lists
Student Affairs
1. Duties of the Student Affairs Section:
- Processing the selection of outstanding students.
- Collecting alumni data and recruitment process;
- Updating alumni data;
2. Provide information about available job opportunities.
