1) Check staff attendance.
2) Translate and carry out the direction of the leadership according to the disposition of the letter.
3) Organizing office administration.
4) Checking personnel data for the purpose of adjusting and updating data based on applicable regulations.
5) Recapitulating the presence and absence of employees and lecturers.
2. Periodic Tasks:
1) Compile staffing/lecturer data.
2) Processing proposals for promotion of employees/lecturers.
3) Assessing the work performance of employees and lecturers.
3. Incidental Tasks:
1) Attending invitations according to the disposition of the leadership letter.
2) Provide personnel data and information services.

2. Carry out the function of monitoring and evaluating the performance of employees/lecturers

1. Distribute work to staff.

D. Responsibilities of the Human Resources Bureau
1. Responsible for the implementation of the administration of human resources (employees/lecturers)
2. Responsible for efforts to build and maintain the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of the bureau's work.
